Fitting wheel spacers tomorrow.. Question is - should I torque them to same setting as wheel nuts ?
Thanks

I ran with spacers for a couple of years and I used the correct wheel torque setting for both sets of nuts without any issues.Stu

What advantage do you think you will get other than putting extra stress on the axle components

Advantage to me is I like the looks.. Perhaps not to everyones taste. but my car, my choice.
I ran them for 5 years on my D2 and never needed to replace any driveline components.

I don’t think the D2 was quite as heavy or hard on its suspension as the D3/4 is. I could be wrong though.
I never had any stability concerns with my D3/4’s.
If you want to make it “stanced” that’s up to you, each to their own etc. and Land Rovers have been modified since launch.
You might kick up a bit more road sh*te up the sides though. If you do, some clear 3m protective film would prevent any stone chip damage. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE
