Just got my V8 back from garage, 500 quid lighter, and despite new spark plugs it's still suffering sluggishness, so I need to get it plugged in to confirm any misfires or other codes present. Indy can't see it until 24th July. Is there anyone localish to Sheffield with a tool please so I can try and diagnose in the meantime? Happy to reimburse for time spent and I only need to see if there are any codes present so vin locked doesn't matter (I think?).

I have a BT IID unit (locked to my car). If you can get to Mansfield, I’m more than happy to give it a try next week sometime.

No Guarantees but I might be over in Sheffield this weekend from Lincoln, my son just got his new keys for accommodation and might need some stuff dropping over -
PM me your mobile number and Ill get in touch if im headed over. I will be coming from the parkway into the centre and back to to the M1 later if do make it over.
 Must stop buying shiny toys....
