I have made my own out of automatic transmission fluid (or power steering fluid) mixed with a bit of white spirit. I put it in a used kitchen cleaner spray bottle.
Also stuff like plus gas works well.

How bad is my reputation getting? Don't answer that.
Been sleeping off the morning meds for 3 hours or so, so I have an excuse ... but I was seriously disappointed nonetheless to see this was a technical discussion.

Heat, spray (of any type), cool, heat, spray (repeat)!
I'm not convinced any penetrating preparation will actually penetrate a rusted or stuck fastener.Richard

I've used localised heat followed by a freeze / penetrating spray (repeated as necessary) with good results.
You can get these "shock and unlock" sprays under various brands - I'm using Normfest at the moment as I got it cheap....I see no ships........

I couldn't find any ATF or power steering fluid. Anyway I have made a mix up using some old brake fluid.
Put loads of that on all the bolts to be undone.
That was a joke. DO NOT USE BRAKE FLUID

When you say "joke" do you mean "learning opportunity" , as in ... feck, why is all the paint coming off?.
