This may well have been asked previously, but i couldn't find it using the search tool so apologies if I'm repeating history.
Just popped out to scan Moneypit with the IID tool to look for new fault codes as she was somewhat sluggish accelerating up to motorway speed over the weekend. No usual faults codes thrown so still none the wiser on this one.
Anyhow, whilst there i thought i'd scan the ECU's. Now I thought that Moneypit was reasonably uptodate software wise having always asked the dealer to check for updates when i visited, but I found a good number of them suggest an update is available. Questions are, should I update all / some of them or is it a case of as long as there is no obvious issue leave alone?
ECU's with updates available are
Audio Amplifier
Audio System
Body Control
Engine TDV6
Headlight
Navigation
Transfer Case
Transmission
Ventilation
Would all these be covered by a single update or does each have to be done separately? I presume you purchase them from GAP?

These will be separate updates but they will cost you to buy. I’d say if you’re not having problems, don’t worry about it. As they say, if ain’t broke, don’t try fixing it. 012MY RRS 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography (Current)
