Parkwood 4x4 pay and play day

Has anyone been to one of the Parkwood 4x4 pay and play days recently?
Am thinking of going in April and wanting to know how suitable it is for a disco3 with A/T tyres (sump guard + rock sliders), I also don’t want to damage the car if possible.
