Tuffant 18" Wheels- Anyone running on them?
In the quest to consider wheel options for the D3, I have narrowed it down to the Tuffant 18" steel wheels , with no decision being made on what rubber I would run. Thinking K02's.
Anyone out there got these wheels and if so, what's the feedback?
Good quality, paint finish seem okay?
Any fitted pics would be appreciated.
Looks like its a 265 60 18 for rubber that fits, although I have seen mention of 275/285 with slight alterations to the splash guards.
Its either that or retain the current 20" wheels and fit new rubber, but I'm considering more offroad miles over the coming year or so, hence the 18 thought.
Tuppence worth would be appreciated.

Seems a bit expensive at £150 a rim then the price of a tyre, IMO of course
Would you not be better picking up a 2nd set of 2nd hand alloys and fitting with tyres to suit

I'm not too fussed about the cost, as it will be something away from the norm.Cant say I have seen anyone on Steel 18's round my way either.
True, there are 18's out there that I could pick up cheap, but I don't really like any of them.
Shes on 20" Westminster wheels from my previous Vogue right now and looks great, but I'm wanting away form the 50 profile for a number of reasons.

He is a member here (LRD414) , but not seen him post for a while, and it's mostly in the Aussie section then I think.
Can't find what tyre size he uses at the moment. He does cover it on his web site, if only I could find the link...
