Altox not working....
My Altox unit has been working fine for 2 years, but now says no internet or check credit??
Has been on same O2 sim with plenty of credit - ALTOX unit’s led is now solid, not blinking...
Any ideas??

Have you tried taking the sim out and putting it back in?!

Yes, tried that. Also disconnected module a few times, but the light always goes to solid....

Sim expired due to inactivity? Just had to replace mine in my Webasto tc3 for that reason. If the sim isn’t kept active by making an outbound call within a certain length of time the phone companies shut them off...

Sim is active, I’ve got it in a phone at the moment.
That’s one of the reasons I went for O2, as supposedly they won’t shut it down.
It’s been fine until the 10th of this month at 12.32pm it went offline???
Going to pop it back in the ALTOX now....

Popped sim back in and still no joy...
The LED stays lit solid whether the sim is inserted or not or even wiggled...

The manual suggests a problem with the sim registering on the network
Or perhaps drive to another area and try again?

Is it another O2 sim?
If yes then perhaps you could try an alternative provider

Hmm, it is another O2 sim. I did wonder whether to try another supplier.
But why would it not work unless O2 have suddenly stopped GPRS on their sims??
Anyone else having trouble with O2?
