ive just replaced my bonnet catch with the alarm sensor in, and im having a few problems with it and was wondering if anyone has had the same and how they fixed the problem.
1: I have to drown the catch in WD40 before it will catch the bonnet
2: Its telling me that the bonnet is open on the dash display dispite it being locked down
3: the horn now sounds 0nce when i lock the car, this never happened before.
can someone please tell me where ive gone wrong ,lol

1 the catch is not adjusted properly = adjust correctly
2 that's because your catch is not adjusted correctly = as above
3 that's the alarm telling you the bonnets open so it wont lock and alarm the car = as above please excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick,thankyou
