Italians have always had discoveries and defenders I think. Alfas, too, but the carabinieri and polizia seem to always have gleaming LR products on show. Of course their uniforms are also quite stylish and form fitting.

I (and a few others from here) did a factory tour about 8 years ago, and saw loads of Italian police D4’s being built.
They must have worn them out!

Nice. On the top, Italian one, the bonnet pod holding the screen protector gives the D5 a much chunkier side profile, makes the bonnet look less long and car-like. Somehow improves the profile I think.
Clearly I'm not suggesting all D5s should have a metal screen protector D4 XS, gone, much loved, never forgotten
