7 Year Maintenance
Well there was decisions to make, MY12 D4 was at the seven year old and will require the belts done. Do I just do the 7 year service with belts and where to have it done. It is a keeper so decide to replace the glow plugs have an another gear box flush (last one at 50K). Replace brake lines with High pressure braided stainless steel ones, replace water pump,
replace upper rear arms, treat the under body and chassis.
Parts required: Timing belt kit, Pulley X 2 Disco -4 Aux Belt, HPFP Belt Kit, Water Pump, Glow Plugs, Cupro nickel Brake pipes and ends Full Synthetic oil, 8HP gear oil, WAR Underbody, CIO Underbody, HELL Braided Stainless steel flexi pipes, RRS upper rear arms and Service parts.
Then there is the labour required. Needed to find a MAN WHO CAN. Being researching for a long time and I concluded that MAN was MIKE at MMP Land Rover in Dundee. I can unequivocally say I was not disappointed with the end result. He is the MAN 👍👍👍👍👍

No need to remove the body to change the rear belt, it is a little bit tight to get to but not too bad.

Looks really nice! I was thinking doing something similar but taking it to MMP would be a rather long trip

I was very happy with the price for my bespoke package. If you contact Mike about your particular requirements, I am sure he can put something together for you.
