D4 tyres in Spain

Hi all,
This is a question aimed at those in Spain, I have a 2016 SDV6 UK spec matriculated in Tenerife and am being told that according to the homologation it needs to be fitted with tyres with a 'V' or a 'Y' speed rating, I would like to fit BFG All Terrains but they are 'S' rated, any advise would be appreciated.

Think it might only be Pirelli scorpions that have the correct speed rating, BFG, GOODYEAR, in fact most all terrains are the wrong speed rating although you can get load ratings Discovery 3 HSE 07

So the basic answer is you cannot fit All Terrain tyres on a D4? I'm not as good as I once was........but I'm as good once as I ever was.
