Engine/transmission fault

Currently in Holland on holiday and Engine/transmission amber has illuminated. Could this be an emissions fault or something else? Car did not go into limp mode. Towing a Caravan at the time. Any help and guidance would be appreciated.

Hi, You really need an IIDTool to plug into the OBD port. This diagnostic will tell you where to look. Not much help if you are on holiday away from home.
