Well I never noticed that!! Wrong tyres on my D3!!!

Have had the D3 for best part of 18 months now..
And only just realised its got the wrong sized tyres on it!!!!

For some reason it has the ultra easy to get 255/55 R18.....

I check the door pillar plate every time I check my tyre pressures and never twigged they are not on there!!
Think I focused on the 255/55/R19 and thought no more of it!

It was only that I am stupidly going to attack the bushes and alignment that I though I'd may as well look for some new boots whilst doing it.

When all the on line tools recommended a type that is not on mine got me thinking....

Think I need to pay more attention in future!!!

Will be sticking with the 18s, and will get the correct profiles once I’ve done the bushes

Was just a surprise I wasn’t expecting!!!

Well it works.....

Probably cost a little more than just tyres, but did sort the initial problem..

I think with older D3s once you start adding up the cost of repairs needed which dont always make sense, getting another car woudl be the way to go.
