SUSPENSION EXTEND MODE PROBLEM (Please help!) |
|
Hi all, i own a disco 3 2007 model and recently i haf a front drivers side air strut leaking air and now i got it replaced as it was getting me on dash faults all the time saying “suspension fault” so now the problem is aolved and the air is holding, but after the new strut installation when i lower or raise my car a message will come up saying “suspension in extend mode” this will show up all the time if i trr to rais or lower my car and there are no obstacles underneath. Do you think this is a compressor problem? As the leaking problem i had it over a month and all the time
The compressor has to fill up the struts even while driving so maybe the compreasor got tired and thats why is giving me the extend mode measage? This is showing up exectly after replacement.
Thanks in advance!

Sound like a height sensor problem.
Or, the dessicant in the air dryer and turned to powder and has made its way to the valve blocks which is fouling them. Kev
