1st impressions........ will carry out a full service dayco kit on order need a repair kit for the suspension pump as its weak running constant and not filling the air tank.....needs detailing inside and out will post pictures in the week but I'm very happy

Hi Lrstaylor and welcome.
When you say you have ordered a Dayco kit are you referring to the timing belts?
If so, before you strip off the old belt check if the oil pump has been upgraded. If not you'll be needing one of them too plus the crank oil seal. (modified pump and original LR seal)
You will also need the cam locking pins, crank tool optional.

The full kit and as to the rest I have a john he can do one of these in a day and has all the kit and locking tool I wasn't planning on doing it my self but would happily do it but will stand aside and make tea for john when required.

No warrenty private sale was main dealer serviced upto 50k then independent after that but regardless of that were doing a full service plus full dayco kit including oil pump. Best way to be sure its all been done properly

So dayco kit arrived today along with my new oil pump proberly going on at the week end, took advantage of a dry day gave the inside its first clean of 3 then clay barred the rest of the car in prep for some scratch removel and detailing before winter gets here
