Snapped stud or seized nut. I had a living hell with mine. In the end I bought a 2 post lift to take the body off
And for a laugh had a jig made and then got a well known company to make an upgraded crossover.

Rather than body off, can the cross pipe be replaced if gearbox is removed?
Iirc about a year or two ago there was a post on here where a guy had replaced his crossover pipe in situ without taking gearbox out or body off!

I bought one second hand off the bay. I’ll have a look what model it is.
It’s been said that you can do it with the body on bits it’s a complete total pig of a job and if just 1 stud or nut rounds or snaps it’s game over.Jarrod
