| Does a 255/55R20 fit on a spare with towbar? |

Hi all
I've got some 255/55R20 Grabbers fitted to my D4 (2016, c/w adblue) but never got round to fit one on the spare, it's currently on a 255/50R20 Scorpion.
Just wondering if it would fit especially as I've got a fixed towbar fitted and space is pretty tight.
I'm sure I've read something about it earlier this year but now can't find the details.
Cheers in advance for any advice given.

I have a 275/45x21 fitted as my spare on a MY16 with adblue and fixed towbar. Its tight but this fits and I think its the same overall size as a 255/55x20, although the Grabber is a bigger tread block, so maybe its this that causes a problem.

I'll give it a try later today.
Reason for asking is I've got a nail in one of the tyres, which has made it unrepairable, and it's really just made me realise that I need a useable spare underneath.
I'm thinking if it's too tight I might try to fit it underinflated and then just keep my 12v compressor with me in the truck.

the under inflated route has been used before
