Really like those. Dare I say, like them more than Compomotives too. Front Runner Rack, OEM Ladder & RAI, Tuff-Trek Foxwing, B'rakhah Ingonyama Expedition Trailer, RLD's Spare Wheel Protector, Bodsy's Bars, Empty Pockets! Member of Gloucestershire & Worcestershire 4x4 Response.

I think they look great. Totally different to the Compomotives PD1881's, being steel they're much more "closed face".
They weigh c.18kg per rim, which I suspect is a fair bit more than the PD1881's.2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

It did cross my mind Del.
Are they in the UK yet? If the wind is in the right direction you might be able to smell them. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

They arrived in Parcel Force depot in Perth at 3am today, and the slackers didn't get them out today. Should be here today, posty isn't going to get them in his little van so we've sorted it so I pop up & get them from High St post office. Just got to sort out where to keep them in the house, dining room is fave spot at the mo.

With a strong southerly I might get a whiff of them down here
Dining room seems a good idea, why break with tradition? 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Exactly. It's a tradition. Plus 2 replacement winters for SWMBO's car so they have company.

Del, do you still have a brace of Jazz's? I'd run Michelin Cross Climate + on them all year round. Amazing tyres, virtually no compromises over a summer and nigh on as good as the best winters.
I'll be running the little iQ on them when the Conti's wear out.

Sure do, his and hers. Got Vred Quadtrac 3s on mine, tonnes of tread. Only doing 1,500 miles a year (gym & tip runs) so should do the next few years. Snow flake marked and more than enough for any snow the weather gods can threw at Cobham.
SWMBO's Jazz has 2 sets of rims, one with the original tyres fitted in the factory (half worn) and a set of Conti TS810 winters. Suuuuuuuuuuperb winter tyres, SWMBO's driven on black ice that I couldn't walk on and she felt like the car was on tarmac. And on snow they are brill. Got 4 replacements already, SWMBO's finding they aren't quite as good as they were (half worn as well) so will get the fronts swapped out & keep the old ones as puncture spares.
