TPMS Error

Hi Mates,

I installed winter tires with a new rim set.
The tireshop mounted 4 not original TPMS cloned the original ones.
With this set up, especially on the highway, the car gives me the TPMS system error. Reading the errors does not show me anything and the only way to reset it is to ECUs reset using the my IIDTOOL.
Then I replaced the TPMS clones with the original land rover taken new (the P/N is correct according to JLR eCat using my VIN) but still appears the same error.

No problem with the original summer tires/rims.

Some idea????

Have a look through this thread:

https://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/tpms-valves...light=tpms

It seems that non genuine valves have to be activated used a tool usually at the tyre shop.

Hi,

I used this one, once they were scanned with this tool the car then picked the sensors up after a drive, it seems some sensors are shipped not activated so the battery lasts londer.

I have the Autel TPMS 505 and it read perfectly the sensors......

Now sensors are genuine LR, but error appears again.
