Connection of OBDII with in car cpu
My OBDII dongles connected with iPhone apps, via WiFi or Bluetooth. But cannot read the car data. So I suspect the connection inside the car broke down. How do I chase the connection from the OBDII connector (under driving wheel) to the cpu of the car please ? Thanks

One is BAS tuning tool using Bluetooth.
One is cheap WiFi dongle.
This connection broke down happened after garage changed the belts, so I suspect something wrong during the operation.
Before changing the belts, both tools work fine.
Thanks

Do I miss something from this wire? It is from the in-car OBDII adapter .
