Rear Wiper Relay coil fault

Good day,

Looking for some direction with the following fault code.

B1C77-14 (2F) Rear wiper relay coil circuit - General electrical failure - circuit short to ground or open

I did a little work on the vehicle today. First was installing the wiring harness for towing followed by the replacement of the front sunroof drain lines and elbows.

I cannot recall if the rear wiper fault was present when I did a scan prior to commencing work on the harness or if it appeared after the harness or after the CJB was removed for the drain lines. Either way it is present now and returns after I clear them. Rear wiper is not working. Haven't used the rear wiper in sometime.

I checked all the connections in the access panel in the rear incase I bumped something and they all appear solid.

Relay is near the towbar connector. So you probably disturbed it

Took a poke around the rear wiring. Found the relays and the problem. The wires connected to the body side of the harness that the relays plug into are very corroded and one has broken off (Grey with purple stripe)

As I do not have much experience on the electrical side of things, how should this be addressed? I suspect the relays may be fine and it is the wiring on the connector side that is the issue. How does one go about cleaning up the connector/wires and re-pin the broken one?
