I went to start up earlier and it was completely dead just clicking... seems to be the battery I think!!
What is the best one to put in?? Can I do it myself?? it has a YUASA HSB019 the mo - should I put the same in or is ther something better please???

Be very careful. 
A failing alternator will often destroy a perfectly healthy battery AND, with the owner thinking the old battery is faulty, fit a new one only to have this get destroyed too. 
Best advice, fit a new battery, run the car and put a meter across the terminals so you can view what charge the alternator is pushing out. If it's weak, disconnect the new battery and seek advice.  Mods:
