Are you doing the Australian Government's bidding and collecting the Australian Government's 10% Goods and Services Tax on purchases destined for Aussie buyers.
Also, if you do collect the tax, do you actually pass it on to the Australian Government as there is really no way they can compel you do collect, particularly as you have no assets in Australia over which the Australian Government can use to levy power over your company. Ebay has agreed to collect but Amazon US has declined to collect the tax.
