P017 recall advice needed

Hope someone can help had the P017 recall done 2009 they changed pipe, I purchased car in 2015 noticed gurgling noises in April 2017 so took vehicle to stratstone Landrover in stourbridge after approx 3 weeks they replaced brake booster and pipe again not sure they changed brake cylinder, then today same noise so took back to same dealer who fixed in April 2017 saying not there problem that it’s been done and it over 12 months ago so you have no warranty so won’t fix, anybody been in this situation surely this can’t be right. Any advice

similar experience - I bought my D3 which had already had the recall done at a Stratstones Dealer. I noticed gurgling, ineffective brakes etc.

Had loads of contact with the dealer and LR service and the upshot of it all was a big fat zilch.

I ended up paying my Indy to replace the pipes again along with the vacuum pump.

It p!sses me off, I know its old - but the recall does not work in the first place if it reoccurs.

It’s at Landrover know being looked at the head of service said it’s over 12 months since servo being changed so don’t think they will fix. I have said this is a safety recall yes you replaced servo in April 2017 so repair lasted 16 months and only done 7000 miles in that time, when last here you said everything which needed changing as been done but they didn’t change to vacuum pump so not a complete fix.

Sorry to say but in my experience LR are not interested in any of their customers. Satisfied customer isn't in their vocab, loads of excuses to not fix their failings even if you have a LR warranty. I will never buy another! They told me that my windscreen scuttle was faded because I wash and jet wash my vehicle, I told them they do that every time I take it for a service but they still will not replace it under warranty. As I say I will never give them another penny of my hard earned.
