Reading the Gearbox Oil Temperature on the Move
Anyone know if there's a way to have a display of the gearbox oil temperature when you're driving?
Perhaps something that plugs into the data socket under the dash and connects to a display of some sort?2008 D3 HSE Stornoway Grey with Ebony Leather, towing a Coachman VIP 575

A gap IID for £400 can do it.
It will only go up though

And sends the reading to a smart phone which can be fixed on the dash and can read upto 10 other live values at the same time, like coolant temp, engine oil temp, fuel temp, in fact just about anything except oil pressure , but is not designed for permanent use only temp.diagnostic use.It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Had a little look around the internet and eventually managed to find what I'm thinking off, a wifi or Bluetooth dongle you plug in the OBD and it displays the information on your phone.2008 D3 HSE Stornoway Grey with Ebony Leather, towing a Coachman VIP 575

, that’s the one I also got, Torque
Think it was only a fiver throught the apple App Store
Of course the gap iid is the rolls Royce of diagnostics , so indeed not sure how much that torque software will actually show
