No bongs but goes into limp mode

Hi gang had car go into limp mode lack of power show as engine fault on dash .have put iid tool on and comes up with this Engine TDV6 P2138-00 (2C) Throttle/pedal position sensor/switch D/E voltage correlation

Can any one advise on cure please
