Do you mean when you are slowing to a stop, or when you put it in drive to take off at the lights?
If it hasn't already been done you could try an oil and filter change, or better still a full gearbox flush. Search on here you will find lots on the subject.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Is your gearbox linkage ok?
Can the lever be moved easily backwards and forwards or has it become stiff causing Drive not be be correctly selected?

You need to reset the gearbox adaptations, the gearbox has worn slightly over time and needs to relearn.
You can do this with Gap and other diagnostics and i think that doing a hard reset will also do it but im not 100%
I am sure that i have also seen a gearbox ecu software upgrade from Gap to reduce this.6
