has anyone had any problems with delays in getting stuff from them I paid for a £60 extra vin number last Friday the money has gone from my account but as yet no code to download just the email when I paid saying it was being
processed

Just email them. Pat is usually very quick to respond but remember that he's in Canada so there is a time difference. MY2022 D5 HSE D300 - with extra nice bits added

Usually a very fast service, have you checked all your in boxes including junk/scam? It can when others can't,

it was an email issue apparently they don't like Hotmail but all sorted now
