There seems to be a shortage of 19 MTR's again! I'm after 1 brand new one - anyone? Loving the power of the TDV8!

I know where there was a pair of part worn MTR's, with loads of tread still on them. Want me to find out if they are still there, and how much is being asked for them?

Bogblaster - that's where I usually get my tyres and I picked up their last one today, some chap bought 4 on saturday but not picking them up until Feb. They are about £170 each and he rang up asking if AJS could match £195.00 each and of course they said yes! What a numpty! Loving the power of the TDV8!

Al - can you make some enquiries? I need a 6th for a 2nd spare (if thats make sense) for a RRS rim i got just before Xmas, so it needn't be brand new 
VA - I did some internet research last week and the cheapest i could find was at http://www.elitedirect.com/02-tyres/tyresbysize.php5 - £135.12 delivered, just never got round to ringing them....
the missus wants to get my valentines present early - so she's buying me some rubber

Al - presume you didn't get a look at these tyres......
Somehow Goodyear MTR's had changed into Goodyear Wrangler M+S, when i got there, even though i rang beforehand to check that they had them and they were MTR's...
Too good to be true i guess

I'm sure they were MTR's, no Wrangler I've ever seen had a tread pattern (or tread depth) like that. I saw them when I had my scorpions fitted the first week in Dec. They were in the storeroom out behind the office. I dont mind popping back to take another look. If they are MTR's, do you want to get them (if they are 30quid each)?
