Suspension Fault - C112F-72 & C1130-66 |
|
Hi guys,
I've had a search of the forum but can't really find much that helps me.
When the car is in off road height, randomly I'll get a 'Suspension Fault' warning on the dash. Everything still works as it should and I've not had it fault when at normal height. Upon reading the faults with my IID I get:
C112F-72 - Air Spring valve Mechanical failure - Actuator is stuck open
C1130-66 - Air spring air supply - Algorithm based failure - Signal has too many transitions/events.
I've done a leak test over night with the F26 fuse pulled, the front drops by less than 10mm.
Whilst driving in off road height with the live values on the IID I can see that the Gallery pressure sits around 50psi and occupationally it will go up to say 150psi then the exhaust valve opens momentarily and the pressure drops back to 50psi. Is this normal?
I've not been able to watch the live valves when the fault comes on the dash, but I'll keep trying.
What is the normal pressure in the Gallery when in off road height?
Anything else I can try?
Thanks

Do you have a slow air-leak somewhere?

Possibly, but the only test I’ve done is a drop test over night with the fuse pulled. The car only dropped less then 10mm at the front.
