| Recommendations Disco 3 needs clutch & dmf. north west area |
|
Hi,Looking for recommendations on a garage to supply and fit a clutch and dm flywheel and replace aux belt on my Discovery 3 2006 tdv6 in the north west, I am in Dalton in furness Cumbria.any help welcome thanks.T

My Dad lives near Ulverston and I know he used to use a local indy somewhere nearby for his LR repairs, I will ask him when I see him tomorrow and post back.
Otherwise, I can recommend K Motors in Leyland, they have looked after my Discos (D2 and D3) for years and are excellent. I appreciate that its probably about 70 miles away from where you are though.

Spoke to my old man, he said he used a garage in Barrow for most of his work. Regal MOT Centre on Hindpool Road. Not a Land Rover specialist, just a good local garage.

I live in Reading, but when I was travelling upto the Lakes at least twice a year, I used Simon Huntington in Wigton. Land Rover specialist.
Very helpful and knowledgable.
They replaced my clutch too.....still working fine.
Courtesy car if you book
Recommend them.
