Angel Warranty
Hi Folks
Obviously new to the D3 ownership having recently surrendered to the tin worm on my D2.
I am looking into warranties at the moment and what seem to be the best option at the moment is 'Angel Warranties'.
I have a 2005 TDV6 S, they cover cars up to 160k (15years) mines at 13 years at the moment.
The cost for 12 months is £535 -
Cover up to £2500 per claim no restrictions on the amount of claims per year.
It covers pretty much everything, even engine replacement (option to upgrade to 5k per claim).
Has anyone had any dealings with them good or bad?
To be honest I am a fan of warranties for more expensive things and more so for Land Rover ownership (I had the AA warranty for the D2 which came in handy).
In the likelihood the D3 needs work like a new compressor for instance the warranty will have paid for itself, but I think its a no brainer if the D3 starts to experience a tantrum here and there.
feedback welcome

the AA warranty I am sure covers any car age/or mileage with 5x £500 claims within a year. The T&C's cover what is and isn't covered, but can surely take the sting out of bigger bills.
I used one on the D2 for a Clutch replacement cost me about £400 quid all in all (parts and labour)

I have just looked on line at them and the top milage limit is 150,000 on my 2005 d3 The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything;
They just make the best of everything they have.

Motor Angel are rubbish. Declined a claim that I recently had and now I find out that they are not regulated by the ombudsman - their MDs decision is final. So all I can do it take to social media
The policy I have says that it covers suspension including air suspension. But they claim that excludes airsprings.

Ok, Happy to be corrected on the name. Assumed it was short hand. Comments about Motor Angel also known as Motor Easy stand though.
