D3 07 SE - still going strong
D3 07 HSE - gone to car heaven
FL1 - gone to Romania
D3 05 HSE - gone to a divorce diet
D1 V8 manual - gone but not forgotten
RR Classic - gone to car heaven
so … combining the inherent strengths of a Nissan chassis with a Disco crankshaft.

What, trailer to carry the replacement engine in?
And it could be easily solved by JLR. "How?" I hear you ask. New engine every 4th service should do it. Plus a TC with the belt service.

A Nissan chassis was used for this experiment to see if the body would work with the intension of fitting Landrover mechanics later.
suggests a Discovery body on a Nissan chassis when its nothing of the sort its a Nissan with a Discovery front end, number plates lights and a Land Rover which cover.
And I like the way it says

The specification was for basic suspension and simple mechanics for overseas maintenance.
And yet it says they were going to fit LR mechanics
Whole thing is a sham.==================================
