Welcome to the forum
Remember don't give to much away about yourself in your 1st post
Anyway
push the headrest height button with your left hand, place your right hand at the base of the opposite post and push the button that is facing out. Now with your thumbs push both medal posts up until the headrest pops free.

When you receive a satisfactory solution or reply don't forget that you are allowed to thank those responsible for it and inform us all as to what the outcome was to help keep the knowledge base up for us all to benefit from your experience. Oh I almost forgot, welcome to the club site as a first poster and I hope you enjoy any future visits as we will look forward to more of your posts.
You should be aware there is a fair bit of sarcasm and micky taking on here but don't let the general banter put you off as it adds to the overall experience.
