I don't think so. I have these in my kitchen, and I am pretty sure it's 2.4 between the sockets. If you plug two phones in, it's 1.2 each.

I'm not 100% sure. Their site implies that its 2.4 per socket but its a little ambiguous. Its certainly better than a lot which are only 2.1 amps

Just checked on the packaging and it says "combined 2.4 amps of power" so Gareth is correct. Today is the oldest you've been and the youngest you'll ever be again.
