| Help with part - Upper tailgate switch with XS Camera |

Hi,
I need some help as despite searching here and via Google I'm drawing blanks. My upper tailgate switch has stopped working (tailgate opens fine via key fob button) but the only replacement part I can find is one of these which is LR015547, and clearly says only for D3s and D4s without rear camera. I have a genuine LR camera fitted. But I cannot for the life of me find the equivalent replacement part that is camera-compatible? I presume its the wiring loom that's different.
Anyone else with a camera had to replace their upper tailgate switch?

Sorted it myself I think. I now realise that the attached loom is irrelevant as I'm only replacing the rubber switch bit, not the whole handle assembly so would be cutting the loom off anyway and soldering the new switch on.
