when I installed GiffGaff SIM in the FBH controller, they sent me another one to give to a friend* ... if you register it and put £10 on it, GiffGaff add another £10.
And they give me £5 too ... win-win.
so, if anyone wants it just shout.
* SWMBO thinks posting it on here is an admission I don't have any friends !.

My mate has a GG in his 20 year old phone and it really "P's" me off as he can get a signal everywhere and I mean everywhere, from Italy to lands end, I have a super duper IPhone on EE and it's useless 50% of the time I'm with him.
So yes I'll give it a go (dibs is the word) and keep quite about it when I'm in his company. It can when others can't,

I've been on giffgaff for years. They use O2 network and it can be pretty dodgy in Scotland especially data which is often on GPRS when others are on 3 or 4G. But it is cheap at £10 for 3GB data, 500 mins and unlimited texts, or thereabouts.2016 D4 Landmark SDV6 (Euro6), Zanzibar (late run D4)

Apparently I'll be getting some more according to email I got from GiffGaff yesterday.

Not wanting to hijack a thread but it seems daft to start a fresh one.
If there's anyone else, I have one too after fitting the Altox to the D3 last week.
not a problem ... not so much a hijacking as "sharing the love". It's all win-win.
