Front fog lamps

Hello.
Can anybody can give me advice on wiring connection.
I have LR Disco3 2005. Previous owner had connect front fog lamps to switch them on when ignition is on, so I have no chance to switch them off.
I want to disconect them and install proper DRL and keep fog lamps how them needs to be.
The issue is that I cant find the place where he did connection to the ignition.
Do anybody have an idea where it can be.

If you have removed the right headlight and can't see anything. Try the main light switch.

Maybe you could Use the existing wire to the fog lamps for your DLR then Rewire the fog lamps via a new relay and switch

Just wondering if it's Scandinavian lights that have been set on the CCF? Do the side and tail lights come on as well?

Yes I removed headlight, ther is nothing unusual, seems there everytging is ok. Main light switch also semms ok. Will check ignition beck side wiring, maybe there is extra unneeded cable.

I want to keep use the existing wires to keep the main switch for the operation. If I cant find connection, there is no other option that You are said above. This was the first idea in my mind.

No, switching on just front fog lamps.

Follow the wires. As yours is left hand drive I'm not sure which side the wires will be on. But on an Irish/UK right hand drive the plug from the fog lights is under the Drivers side headlight unit. One plug for the fogs another for the parking sensors. See if there are any alterations there.

Are the fog lights being fed from that unused plug behind the centre of the front grille ( it's only used in Japan) as far as I know it comes live with ingnition so would be the easiest and nearest to do that mod to the fogs.

Thaanks for replay.
Fog lamps ar e feed from plug under right headlamp, but there is one more unusable plug.
I checked the main sweetch for headlapms, find fog lamp wire and disconected from main sweetch, in this way fog lapms are off when I turn on ignition.
