Seat back on acceleration

Morning, When I accelerate from a standstill or very slow speed I often feel the drivers seat move back a tiny amount and stop, its only small but it feels as if their is some play there.

Its very off putting despite being a small amount, is this a common issue with a known fix ?

I had this on mine when I got it, there is a fix on here if you search. Once done it is free from the loose feeling on acceleration.

Found it;

Thanks great, Thank you, the first link is broken i think ?

So essentially, I remove the cable from motor by just pulling out gently(?), then twist clockwise 14 times and re-insert.

Is it that easy for a basic DIY level office worker ? Shocked

Its a little fiddly because of the location and knowing how hard you need to pull the cable out but then it is a piece of cake to twist the cable and fit it back together. Just start of gently and go careful.
