My lad stuck an 8mm HSS drill straight through his hand.....
I said leave it unstitched and he could have used it as a pencil holder
Couple of stitches either side, tetanus jab and sticky plaster to hold it all together and the hairline fracture in fourth finger metacarpal and he's as good as new

That looks bad , this is mine from this week , pushed the garage door up to exit and it came down on me as I walked underneath .
Cleaned up and superglued , in and out of A&E in 1hr .
