Going by this interior picture, yes it has stop/start.
Central bottom button on the lower switch panel is the Eco off/on button.

It's frustrating how people can go to great lengths to advertise an item but cannot be bothered to tell prospective buyers whether or not it is sold and who the buyer was Evil or Very Mad It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,

Hi, Sorry but I’m busy trying to answer all the questions on PMs. Why people don’t put their telephone number on PMs and talk to you is beyond me, instead of trying to answer all the trivial questions like does it have a tow bar! If they read the add it all becomes clear Censored Censored I’ve had a few offers but I’m going through the process of selling to the first person who actually wanted to talk to me.
