Suspension Leak?

I did this test. After 48h, all 4 corners are lower :
FL - 2,5cm
FR - 3,0cm
RL - 3,0cm
RR - 3,5cm
What could you recommend me, where to start search?
Is it possible that both valves (front+rear) are defective?

Hmm, interested in this also as it takes my D3 circa 4-5 days to drop fully from off road height or is this correct?
 Cheers

hi

think the first thing is to remove fuse F26 to see which corner will drop over night

if all four corners drop i would expect the leak to be on the compressor cap, reports of a hairline crack between the dryer pipes

simply found by bubble testing around these pipes on the compressor and also checking for leaks on the reservoir valve

hope that helps

Thank You!

I had removed F5 for 48h. F5 should also disable self levelling ?
I'll check Compressor + Valve & report here!

Another Thing: Miessler has suggested me this compressor - what do you think - good deal?

Thumbs Up
Robert

we usually remove a 20A fuse IIRC

Always worth changing the seals in the front block as a start;

It's easy to get to and seals are £17 off ebay.

Pete, Thanks!
I just ordered this O Ring kit. What can be used to clean the valve inside - Isoprop Alcohol?

well, my first job on my Chawton White 8)
I have now cleaned the front valve and exchanged the O-rings .

Everything was full of white dust. Have also blown out the pipes with compressed air . Then the compressor is replaced, now an AMK is inside.
Applying AMK firmware, everything seems to be tight, car is only a few mm lower after 24h ...

But now .. Shocked
I get from time to time orange warning light, error C1A13 - pressure does not decrease when venting gallery. If I switch from normal height to the access height, Suspension jumps into Extended mode. Afterwards I have calibrated the suspension via IIDtool guided Calibration - afterwards the C1A13 is rarer, but the extended mode still present (when switch from normal to access height). Have also blown into the outlet hose - felt some resistance.
As if the air escapes too slowly & the Car thinks it can not sink? Can the exhaust valve be tested? Can I take off the exhaust pipe from the compressor - just for test?

Another thing - In the fender lining I found this rubber "Thing":

Where can this be missing?

Best regards,
Robert

I am grateful for every suggestion Confused
