D3 Hidden button - post Range Rover wire snip
No doubt been covered but alas I can't find the nugget of information I'm looking for as I'm in the process of adding a reversing camera and wanted to ensure that the Sat Nav screen turns on when in reverse - just waiting for the converter lead to plug into the back of the screen from the web shop before I can fully test.
Got a 2006 D3 Auto (HSE) and did the Sat Nav screen wire snip to get the additional Range Rover functions on the Sat Nav screen. I've been trying the usual tricks for the hidden button on the access screen (see attached image taken from a previous post site - not my screen) and as yet can't get anything to change & wondered if the ship to the RR screen has scuppered the access to the hidden button.
Has anyone tried this and also if I went back to the original, found the hidden button, would the settings stay after a went back to the RR screen?
Any pointers gratefully received If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you...

Cheers Narpy
Tried this route but "no banana" as they say - will keep plodding away and see if it's my stumpy fingers causing the issue.
All the best and thanks If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you...
