What's the easiest way to work it out

I need to buy two new rear suspension air bags for my D3 2006 S model

But how do I figure out what one will fit as there are so many part numbers out there for the same thing is there an easy way to figure this out.

Don't want to get the wrong part number

If it moves and it shouldn't duct tape it, if it doesn't move and it should walk away and get a big hammer

It's not too bad to change the bag over, but usually but he time the bag is knackered, the shock absorber will be pretty fubared as well. So may as well replace in one. Thumbs Up

06 Discovery... Change both struts and bags. I've a 06 and I'm thinking of changing both on all four corners. Well I've 280k KM up on bad roads

Thanks for this Geoff just one query as I'm not technically minded but I take it those 4 part numbers are in order front, front, rear, rear am I to understand that they are pretty much the same airbag as I've been searching, front and rears seem to be different, or are these just for the rear only

Cheers

The different part numbers are just numbers that have been superseded.
Geoff gave you the link to the rear. Both rears are the same assembly. Fronts are different to the rear, but are the same for front whether it's left or right.

This link shows front and rear.

Excellent stuff

Will get some ordered just didn't want to get the wrong ones as I don't have time to send them back and get new ones. The mechanic could have done it but would have charged me a lot more no doubt
