Reversing camera
Hi chaps,
I think the only thing missing on my D3 HSE is a reversing camera - still can't quite believe LR omitted it from such a high-spec vehicle, especially when the technology was already there. i'm not being lazy - I've read an old thread on here about someone enabling the software to think it's in a RR, but it seemed to throw up a few problems. Has anyone done it successfully yet?

Did mine a couple of weeks ago. Followed the thread about the RR mod, enabled camera in ccf so it turns on when selecting reverse.
Wouldn't bother, I have the camera plus parking sensors, yet still managed to back into a wall. In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Down and out's Velar
In UK - Dare not say on this Forum
Gone - Lots of Lode Lane vehicles.

Hi, do you have the link to do this as the cameras are cheap enough but can't find the information on how to do it and where the video interface box is

Then enable reverse camera in the ccf with iid tool or similar no extra box needed

Is that new with the iid as you used to have to go through the diagnostic screen to make it work or is that on the jaw only Discovery 3 se gone

Don't think it's new to iid I just read through all the old posts about cameras and the RR screen mod, from reading through I think it only works automatically with the screen in RR mode after enabling reverse camera in the CCF
