[For Sale] 08 Plate D3 SE - Stornoway Grey 110k £7100

Sorry, I did have a post up here but I can't find it.

I've had my new car a while now (the reason for putting it up for sale originally) but not got this sold yet as I haven't had time what with the building work I've had done on my house and with work in London. Basically, I'm sick to death of SWMBO bugging me about it so I need rid. Evans Halshaw webuyanycar.com equivalent have offered me £7133 for the car but It'd leave a sour taste in my mouth if I sold it to them so thought i'd offer it up on here one final time for the bargain price of £7100.

If I get no interest in the next 10 days then I'll chop it in with them.

recently had £3k spent on service, EGR replacement (x2), steering arms and rear wishbones so no big bills likely.

We've had it since november 2015 and since we've had it, we've taken it to Scotland, France, The West country, numerous camping adventures and used it for general day-to-day stuff. I can honestly say it's been the most reliable car I've owned. MUCH better than the XC90 previous to it!

It's the usual SE spec, so black leather, Auto box Harmon Kardon etc....

It's also got a tow bar (never used by me or the previous owner (username: bumper, from on here)). Apparently the owner prior to him used it to tow a boat occasionally. I'm the third owner.

It has a full service history, serviced at dealer 15485, 27273, 40464, 49919, Specialist 61872, 76038, 88518, 98,563 and 106,000(ash - can't remember exactly and its raining outside so don't want to get the book out of the glovebox!). MOT was done in March with no issues recorded.

Has 4 new Maxis 265/65/18 tyres.

On the original advert I put that the paintwork is good but not perfect. I've just had both sides of the car machine polished and I was blown away by how nice its come up. no more scratches!!

A summary of the work done is as follows:

The AA kindly wrecked the suspension compressor when attending to a puncture. The compressor was replaced therefore at 34,000 miles.

40660 March 2008 Front ARB bushes and lower ball joints. Rear ARB bushes. Front inner steering arms. MAP sensor

49,851 miles, March 2012, EGR valve replaced

Mileage unknown, July 2012 new discs and pads all around

Mileage unknown Jan 2013, EGR valve replaced

Mileage unknown March 2013 - front Hub bearing replaced

March 2014, Bushes replaced with Polybushes, new front and rear brake pipes, Suspension arms replaced

88,500 Miles, March 2015 7 year belt service

91,600 Miles, July 2015, oil cooler

94000, October 2015, reverse sensor replaced

100,562 Alternator replaced. Pads replaced at the same time.

106,000 (ish) 2x New EGR valves replaced, along with steering arm and rear wishbones replaced. It had a full big service at this time too.

It's had a few other bits done but minor, general maintenance, type stuff.

The only issue with the car is that it needs a new expansion tank. The level sensor has gone (a common fault) so it occasionally gives a message on the DIS that there's a low coolant level even though there's the correct amount in there. I've had this confirmed by my mechanic.
