Brake Bleeding
We have just replaced the Servo, Pump, and master cylinder as we had oil in the servo.
We have bleed the brakes the old fashioned way and also using a bosch diagnostic computer doing the ABS bleed. We have done this about 10 times.
The pedal is still going to the floor like there is air in the brake lines but we cannot see why.
Any ideas?

We don't but the Bosch system has the same type of program so should have done it. Its done it on other D3's so would have thought it would have worked on this one

Funnily enough I'm having trouble getting a decent pedal on my old D3 after doing discs/pads/pipes, done everything I would normally try, traditional, pressure from master, air vacuum and most recently 'Flack' suggestion of traditional whilst engine running - still not much better. Don't get me wrong, the brakes are OK but not as good as I feel they were

After a trip to the Alps my pedal feel has vastly improved , I think it needed a bit of "Real" use after new pads/discs fitted . I guess I am not hard enough on the brakes !

There is a brake bleeding function on the iid tool it says it's for iid tool bt/pro. However I don't know if that means all blue tooth versions or just the pro.
I recently lost all the fluid from the brake system on a new shape Beetle and in order to get the brake pedal feel back to normal I had to activate the ABS pump. Ideally this should have been done whilst bleeding, but I had to drive the car on a recently gritted road and lock the wheels in a skid to activate the ABS. I then went home re-bled the brakes. It worked! Even if I did look like a hooligan Simon.
