Parking on a slope (was in 'Forum Thanks' thread)
No worries mate. I also find it helpful although now that I have a nearly new D4 I do not have any problems oh! wait a minute if I leave the parking brake on after a week not being used it STICKS!! on so tight that even rocking back and forth it will not budge it until I really give it stick and if I was parked with a car in front or at the back there would be the sound of breaking glass. So its parked without that stupid stupid electrical parking brake on.

Don't leave it parked on a slope with no EPB - wouldn't want nearly 3 ton of car held by a small pin in the Autobox
Probably just needs an adjust and clean - I've left mine for weeks at a time, it sticks, but only a little

Parked on slight slope but I have a block of wood to stop vehicle rolling.Amazing that I have to use a block of wood to keep it from moving on a vehicle that cost so much When I say it sticks it really does stick so next service I will get garage to take a look.

When mine went ping I used a big rock - was in the Lakes at the time so a few lying about (and some steep hills)
Cost not a lot to get fixed at local indy, but if yours is nearly new - assume you still have a warranty
