Any way of diagnosing torque converter issues with IID?

As per title - is there any way of reliably diagnosing torque converter issues with IID live values? I have no fault codes.

The gearbox is slipping intermittently usually uphill and under higher revs. Sometimes feels fine sometimes you give it gas and revs shoot up, fluctuate, no pull whatsoever, slightly hairy on gentle inclines on motorways especially.

Gearbox oil and filters have been changed (not mega flushed).

Cheers all.

Well worth rechecking the gearbox oil level.

It was slipping before as well hence had it done, but I will go back to dealer to have them recheck the levels for sure. Is it normal to need a top off?
