Read diff not locking/communication issue

Having an ongoing issue. Rear diff not locking and there appears to be a lack of communication with a module (according to the garage). I cleaned plugs under bonnet, ECU, under NSR wheel, on park brake and also rear diff motor.

Can anyone suggest anything else before biting the bullet and sending it to LR?
